We were hypercomplicated to locate a bar/restaurant in the Herriko Square that offered a vegetarian/vegan alternative. the woman who attended us in sollube “made us a menu” quickly and effectively. a tortilla with mushrooms (well loaded), roasted red peppers, prepared of proteins similar to heura, potatoes and salad. We put the boots and enjoyed it. many thanks to the woman for preparing these delicious dishes"
