An excellent meal in an idyllic setting, served by a staff in small care, than ask better. The tidy press of beef with foie gras, surprising visually, is a pure treat, followed by the milk pig of Iraty, so melting and tasty, and the succulent dessert all chocolate to finish. It feels that the kitchen is made with top quality regional products. The frame is beautiful and atypical. The charming terrace with well-separated tables is appreciable to drink coffee after the meal. And before leaving, do not miss walking around in this beautiful area, there is a florist, a crusher, a vegetable garden, a wash and hives. We will return to this during our next holiday in the Basque country.
A good address for the dining and decoration part. But... a first reservation cancelled the day before, following the resignation of the chef. A second reservation at which the waitress overturns wine at the beginning of the meal and only partially wipes the table. Then at the end of the meal I go back without anyone reminding me that I have a raincoat in the dressing room. Result: a return trip to get it back. No word of apology from the staff for this forgetting Disappointment!
Very pleasant setting, family meals for the baptism of our son. We discovered your restaurant by chance and the opinions we read confirm ours. Excellent address, fresh and high quality dishes, impeccable service and reception more than cordial. The only small flat is the quantities that are a little just... but it's a detail. A beautiful setting, very beautiful decoration, could let suppose a kitchen to the height. That's not the case at all. A vegetarian croque, without any interest, a gaztelur bread, composed of a focaccia accompanied by vegetables .. It's not cooking and probably not gastronomy. We married to the Domaine de Gaztelur last weekend and I would like to thank the staff, Mar the florist and all the staff for the reception, service, discretion... Our guests and we even spent a moment out of time...
Kitchen worked and generous, the place is amazing, a neat service and a pleasant atmosphere for family reunions, we recommend! We also love the selection of the shop and the florist!
