We came to the reopening and I share the opinion of Le Chouan who was at the table of A Côté seen the photos. The decor is much more cozy and pretty than before and the nice seats. Less seats so better book. Level food the cabbage salad lacks seasoning but 4 choices of soup and salad. Choosing in the frying but thanks to the fried gyozas is not the top. Sushi is smaller but it’s ideal because less rice so it eats in 1 bite. Similarly for smaller maki and Californians but less rice so more digestes. New features with very good rolls and Tigers. Really very disappointed! As the price change of the owners has increased, but the quality has not followed, I even find this month even before, the rice of the makis is too firm on some, others fall in crumbs when you touch them.... Cheese beef skewers are clearly cheese skewers with a little beef on it, and the miso soup, it's just a broth with some chunks of onions and mushrooms, have passed the tips of algae and tofu? Overall, dishes are not only bad, but many things must be perfected so that prices are in line with the expected quality. I hope I'm not disappointed with my next visit.
We were very regular customers of Yukito (one to two times a month). We are therefore going immediately after the reopening of the new restaurant. And here... I don't understand some comments because we were really disappointed... Cheese beef brochettes more than average... warm sushi... visually it's better than the Yukito you have to say but it's very misleading... photos that don't match what happens in the plate... Today I definitely prefer to make it home, especially given the price that has nevertheless increased well compared to Yukito... It's a pity, really a pity...
Formerly Yukito (which was already very well), Geisha innovates level decoration and menu, a more expensive hair than before, but the quality is there, with new things and things in less, they start so I will come back later to see if it changed, long service but of the world and a single sushi chef, it was anyway, it allows to digest... Cheese beef brochettes, meat was too grilled and cheese not melted enough, from the Tsingtao instead of the Asahi, damage, but otherwise happy with this reopening... I'm gonna go back there before the sanitary pass came back...

Owner change (formerly Yukito). Tested on a Saturday night. Nice atmosphere, tables spaced. At will until 8:30, a lot of choice. 23€50 at will the WE. Price a little high but the quality is there. Cheaper in the week at noon. The fritures are good, with taste, flat for the vegetable tempuras (panée cake), there is no longer the tempuras shrimp damage! Very good sushi! Less rice, therefore less drunk, sushi creations; Good discovery!! The Cheese Beef Brochettes! I'll test the Bo Bun next time! The music was a little strong by moment
I had to test Yukito. New owner new decor (very pretty) . Good service. Price increased but affordable. On the other hand, the tempura chicken has nothing of a tempura just a tradi stove. Gyoza are fried and not cooked as it should (crusting on one side). The rice has just fried a Cantonese rice with fried onion. Apart from this beautiful discovery and very good.
Nothing to say about the kindness of the service, the dishes are good, but besides behaving like tourists in front of a buffet at will on the highway areas in the middle of August, the rate is excessive when you have a normal appetite. As for extras €3.20 limonade glass 20cl it hurts the wallet
The quality has risen from the Yukito buyback! Obviously and gustatively, it was perfect! If there was one thing to say, it may be the excessive use of fried onion especially on accompaniments(wok, noodles) The price may seem high, but totally justified. It's good to be back soon.

Very good restaurant, the best from Nantes to my taste! The service is perfect, the servers listen. Sushi is incredibly good! I highly recommend this place if you want to eat good sushi and be in a pleasant setting.
