When visiting a new sushi restaurant I have a few things I like to order: Sashimi without any sauces and especially without citrus. Citrus is a common ingredient to help mask the fishy taste of inferior cuts. Proper sashimi does not taste fishy/of the ocean it has a clean taste of the actual fish. Fish that has not been properly handled, or that is a lower grade, will often have that fishy taste so many people dislike (people who dislike sushi after trying it once often dislike it because they 've had low grade fishy sushi). Without question Geisha is best Sushi experience I have ever had. The presentation and delivery was outstanding and the quality is unmatched. Very fun atmosphere with a wonderful Korean menu to choose from as well. The staff was attentive and provided superb service. Do yourself w favor and treat yourself to the best Sushi in CoMo! Kid-friendliness: Great fun drinks for the kids and tasty food to expand their taste beyond a burger or taco. A wonderful place for a family dinner or a date night.
First time going back since the menu change. Not a fan tbh. Ordering sushi was overly complicated, it used to be you just order a roll with the toppings and what not on it. Now you have to pick a base roll and choose ur topping. We also got calamari and it was almost like eating fish sticks. You also got more rolls but way smaller than previous times also didn't seem as quality. Overall the environment is the same, friendly staff and a nice place but the menu change ruined this place.
I had an amazing experience in geisha sushi bar. I loved it since I stepped into the restaurant, especially the cloud effect they had there. The food was great, it was visually appealing and had great customer service. I enjoyed the sushi so much and I also loved the menu called “monkey brain.” I definitely recommend this restaurant, it’s great for family dinner, date night and friends gathering! Meal type: Lunch
