We were recommended to this restaurant by El Hotelito . Unpretentious, not exceptionally anything, waiter was friendly but not overly. I ordered a dish, he waved me off and told me to get the Chuletón de Avila. I complied. He was right. Huge chunk of meat, perfectly cooked and salted. Unfortunately we had ordered a cheese appetizer (HUGE also) and had trouble finishing the steak, but I did. Other dishes were lamb chops and breaded steak which were also hits.
This is an excellent place for lunch. We stopped on our way to Gredos on the motorcyle. The menu del día is varied and delicious. Portion sizes were very generous. Three good courses, wine and water, coffee all for €12.50. Fast, pleasant service too. We called at lunchtime on a Wednesday in July and it was very busy. It would be worth booking to avoid disappointment. It’s well worth a visit! Highly recommended.
Chuleton de Avila is ..they have gigantic desserts..hehehe .food were excellent...its just that the staff were so serious...not a single smile on their face..well they have a mask but you can see if they're smiling or not... neither the owner..he's taking your order but he's not looking to you.. he's looking on the other side of the road ..and i was like
Casa de comidas con raciones bastante grandes y todo casero. Los postres enormes y muy buenos. Menú del día 13€ si no recuerdo mal. Si te sobra te lo puedes llevar pagando el envase por 1€. No os lo podéis perder Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Joder con él gema una ginebra seagrams en todos los sirios cobrada 4o como mucho 4,5 aquí 6 euros un robo a mano armada no recomendable no vuelvo
lo que mas me gusta son las patatas revolconas!! ESPECTACULARES y el flan de los mejores postres.
