My family went for fathers day. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, we placed our order. Nothing was said about there being a long wait, but it took 1hr 45min! This should be mentioned when taking orders! The food was alright, but between the long wait, screaming kids (probably hungry), and being told ten minutes repeatedly, it was hard to enjoy the meal. I don 't know how they got so far behind, but common sense would say that if you can 't keep up with walk-in customers, you should probably stop taking internet and phone orders till you catch up... This past Monday we stopped by in the afternoon for some ribs. We were extremely disappointed. The ribs were very very old, not spoiled, but cooked days ago and possibly reheated a few times. The meat was hard, dry, and dense. They were actually hard to chew. The cooks put excessive amounts of BBQ sauce apparently to compensate for the dryness. This was like eating leftover ribs that you left in the fridge for 5 days before reheating them in the microwave. We spent $50 on these 2 meals and we feel cheated. Ordering and picking up is very disorganized. If you are dining in, from what I saw, you have to order your food at the counter first, then seat yourself and pick it up at the same window where pickup orders are. Very claustrophobic. You have people who are waiting for their food sitting at tables. So if you are dining in, you wouldn't know what's available. Food is GREAT! People are very friendly. It's just really disorganized. That day could've been like that because of the holiday weekend and they were short staff. My wait time for my food was quick, considering the amount and type of items I order.
