Stayed 2 nights, a great location right in the middle of Kirkbymoorside. Nice quiet room at the back, over the garden and up the steps. Room a little dated but spotless and quite big and comfy. Staff so friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. Ate there two evenings, both times food was excellent and huge portions. Cooked breakfast also excellent and huge portion and plenty of choices. Would definitely recommend. Rooms: 4
This pub B&B is overall quite charming. The food is delicious with generous portions. However, the rooms are somewhat outdated and could use some touch-ups. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect for sightseeing in North Yorkshire. Rooms are rated 3 out of 5, service 5 out of 5, and location 5 out of 5. The highlight of the hotel is its peaceful atmosphere.
We had a brief but enjoyable stay at this restaurant. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. They even graciously provided water and biscuits for our dog. Overall, we would rate the rooms, service, and location all a 5 out of 5. We found great value in our stay.

We drove into Kirbymoorside needing coffee, we spotted this has outside tables and had two extremely good coffees each with a homemade biscuit. Hit the spot many thanks.
