This is an amazing place that I discovered through the D&D nights they host alongside Joystick, which is located right across the street, every Monday and Tuesday. The food is fantastic, and they have an impressive selection of drinks. I’m particularly excited that they carry my Supporter's Group beer, Rowdy and Proud, brewed by Three Taverns! The outdoor area is also a great addition. Plus, Edgewood offers free street parking after 7 PM, making it really convenient! The owners should definitely promote how cool this spot is within the neighborhood. The Georgia Beer Garden is amazing! Both the indoor and outdoor areas are inviting and beautifully designed. They offer an impressive selection of local beers, and the food is delightful. I'm thrilled that this spot has opened up in my neighborhood! Each time I've been there, the staff has been friendly and well-informed. As a fan of sour and Belgian beers, I've enjoyed discovering new recommendations every visit. The beer selection is excellent, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend it to anyone!
Nightmare Bar was incredibly spooky and exactly what I was looking for to celebrate my birthday! The themed drinks were delicious and reasonably priced. The atmosphere felt safe with plenty of space between tables, and the staff strictly adhered to mask protocols. As always, GBG has a classy and enjoyable vibe.
Fantastic variety of craft beers and incredible food! I’ve heard the kitchen just opened, so I highly recommend checking out the menu. A beautiful historic building in the O4W on Edgewood Avenue chock full of local character and historic charm. Amazing beer selection (both draft and canned) and incredible service. Beautiful outdoor space.
If I lived in Georgia I would be here all of the time. Great food and beer. Wish there were less IPAs because they should be able to have more styles of beer, but glorious none the less. Glorious place.
Thank you for offering a socially distanced experience at The Nightmare Bar. We appreciated sitting at the table closest to the door, which was definitely more than 6 feet away from the other patrons.
