Had been wanting to try this place since it is tied to Curtis Stone for a while. The service was great. Food quality was great. Decor was an interesting choice, but it was a good meal overall. Got the tasting menu to sample things. I felt like by far the best dish was the Sweet Corn Agnolotti. It was rich, creamy, and savory with crunchy bits on top. I could eat that every day. The Ribeye was a wonderfully cooked steak and I loved the Brocolini that went with it (I thought it was better than the potatoes). The Pink Snapper was a great fish dish with a nice crisp potato crust and a light lemon sauce. If you are going there, I'd highly recommend those dishes.
Georgie in Dallas earned a 7/10 from me. The appetizers were fantastic; we enjoyed the refreshing burrata and the playful potato churros with caramelized onion dip. For our main course, we had the agnolotti and scallops accompanied by a side of curried squash, all of which were delicious. Overall, the food was decent, but I felt it didn’t quite justify the price. The orange decor seemed a bit dated, and the lighting was quite dim for taking photos. What can I say that hasn't been said? Georgie is one of the most amazing fine-dining experiences there is in Dallas right now. The food, the service, the wine, the food (yes, twice). RJ (executive chef) is an amazingly talented chef with serious michelin star potential. I had the pleasure of testing out some new dishes that have yet to be released so I'll keep my lips sealed for now until Chef can put them on the menu.... RJ knocked it out of the park. The servers and captains have all been at Georgie long term, and it shows. I can't believe it took this long to go, but I'm so glad I did.
I had an incredible dining experience while visiting Dallas from Austin. I was struggling to find a fine dining restaurant that could easily accommodate a plant-based meal. When the host mentioned over the phone that the chef would prepare a meal from scratch just for me, I could hardly wait and rushed over with my friend. The service was impeccable and attentive throughout the entire evening, and the highlight was when Chef RJ personally brought me my beautiful vegan dish. I would give this place a million stars!

An absolute favorite restaurant in Dallas. The best food in the Knox-Henderson area. Elevated food experience, great atmosphere, and beautiful decor. They just added a number of exciting new dishes. The grilled Spanish octopus mole, pink snapper, and roasted chicken are just a few standouts. Service is always impeccable. Thank you to the staff for always making us feel welcome.
The is the perfect spot for a nice date or special occasion! The interior of this place is gorgeous!!! Great atmosphere. We ordered the agnolotti to split along with our appetizer and it was mouthwatering! I highly recommend the filet for dinner. All of the drinks were delicious! Our server, Justin, took excellent care of us! I can’t wait to go back!
This was our first visit to Georgie, and it far exceeded our expectations! Our server, Christie, was fantastic and provided exceptional service. The food was outstanding—everything exceeded our expectations! I will definitely return the next time I’m in Dallas.
Apps weren't great but mains were. Menu said truot rillete but they brought us salmon rillette and the smell of fish was overwhelming to me. Burratta was almost soupy and pairings with it were strange. The filet and the squash blossoms were excellent.

The ambiance, food, and service was amazing! Our waitress was very knowledgeable of the menu and recommended great options when we couldn't decide what to choose as first timers. We look forward to going back to try their brunch!
