This evening, my friend and I dined at a lovely German restaurant close to our home, and we are so glad we found it! The service was outstanding, the food was delicious, and the owners were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We ordered the pork roast dinner, which was both tender and flavorful, and the rich gravy complemented the mashed potatoes and red cabbage perfectly. (We enjoyed it so much that we forgot to take any pictures!) For dessert, we savored their Black Forest cake and a delectable slice of cheesecake. We will certainly be back and highly recommend visiting if you're nearby!

This quaint little restaurant offers truly excellent authentic German cuisine. We found it on Google Maps while traveling and made a reservation by calling ahead. The food and prices are amazing. However, it can sometimes be difficult to get the attention of the wait staff. I'm also curious about their policy of only accepting cash. While I've come to understand their reasoning behind this, I will definitely return to the German Bistro in the future because the food is excellent.

This restaurant has a cozy atmosphere, with around 12 to 15 tables, so it’s a good idea to make a reservation. The food feels homemade; I tried the pumpkin soup and a beef and vegetable dish, both of which were excellent.
