The woman who answers the phone is extremely ignorant. I have never experienced such poor customer service. Additionally, they quote one price over the phone, but charge another price upon delivery, $18 more. It is concerning that they only address reviews about food quality and never address complaints about their treatment of customers. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
The pizza is delicious, especially when it is hot out of the oven. We love dipping it in their mild sauce as well! However, the standout dish here is the wings poutine. It is without a doubt the best in town. The portions are large and the sauces are incredibly tasty! Our favorite combination is honey garlic with Cajun. It is absolutely delicious.
They have great food but over the past few months they have just been horrible over an hour for delivery each time, rude customer service an attitude for the girl who works the phone very snobby and not patient, they tell you one price on the phone then charge you 10$ extra once they get to your door.
Jerrys Pizza serves the best chicken wings on this planet!! They have ruined all other wing joints for me and my husband. Also highly recommend the 'Yummy sticks ' with parmesian as well.P.s. my man says if you guys get some carribean j sauce it 's over!! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
menu a large 3 toppings is $33.00 but they said it actually $44.00 then stated the menu is faults. So it came too 56.00. There was tax on delivery, pizza was burnt on bottom. And cold on top. Not happy at all.
Good pizza, lots of toppings. Delivery is good, food shows up warm and in good time.
