I will never return to this restaurant again! I ordered a pizza at 7:25 and was told it would be ready in ten minutes for pick up. I arrived around 7:37 and the cook with blonde hair yelled at the owner that the pizza was burnt, which upset me. The cook then made a new pizza and charged me full price without offering any compensation or apology. The customer service was terrible. The cook then offered to pay for my pizza if I left without asking for a discount or coupon, which the owner refused. The pizza I received looked terrible. I was planning to feed it to my kids before bed after a long day. I will never return to this place again. Additionally, the manager smelled strongly of alcohol....
One more order. We got a spinach calzone and a large plain cheesesteak. The calzone was fantastic, but the cheesesteak had sauce and onions. I called to advise them of the mistake and they immediately apologized and offered a new sandwich. Not only that, they delivered it so we didn't have to go back out. The correct cheesesteak was also delicious and still hot. The updated review reflects the excellent recover they made. This place has gone from never again to a firm favorite.
I'm sorry to say this is not a place to which I will return. We phoned in an order, and when we went to pick it up no one was wearing masks, and the mask mandate has yet to be lifted. As far as the food goes, I wouldn't bother. We ordered a large cheese pizza. The crust was ok, the sauce was bland, and the cheese was not of very high quality. I found three other places to get pizza in Coplay, and will hopefully have better luck at one of them.
This place has been named Vany's for over one year now. It has gone downhill to say the least. I used to order from Vany's about once per week. Then about twice per month. Now I'm done. They forget parts of your order for delivery, and tonight's icing on the cake was food poisoning with the Buffalo chicken salad. This restaurant has the best food ever. Their pizza is always the perfect temperature and delicious. There are no flies buzzing around like other places during the summer. The staff, including the Christian worker, manager, and owner, are all very friendly. I highly recommend this place. The delivery service is always on time and the ambiance is great. Overall, they are so friendly and I highly recommend it.
This pizza is amazing! I always walked past this place, but one day when I was really hungover I decided to stop in. It turned out to be one of the best pizzas in the area.
