We've been coming to this restaurant for two decades! It opened in '95, and we started visiting in '97 when we moved to Astoria. My family adores their Neapolitan cake, and we make sure to get it for every birthday celebration. I also enjoy stopping by to grab coffee and cake with friends. The place gets quite busy by lunchtime, but there are seating options both outside and inside. Everything I've tried here is always fresh and delicious!
I lived in Astoria for many years, and Gian Piero Bakery was a family favorite for fresh bread, coffee, and pastries. Although I've since moved away, I always make it a point to stop by whenever I'm in Queens. It's establishments like Gian Piero that truly give neighborhoods their character and charm.
Lovely little Italian bakery with great service and prices. We got a blueberry cheese strudel and hazelnut lobster tail, which were both very good. Latte my wife got was also A+. They have lots of tables outside to sit with your treats. Definitely worth the walk. Support local excellence in Astoria!

I went with my fiancée to discuss getting our wedding cake made, and it felt like we had known them forever. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel like family. Plus, their cookies and pastries are absolutely delightful!
So delicious! Sweet bakery that seems to be family-run. I have an ice cream coffee and Cannoli and both were delicious. There is a card minimum, so make sure you have money on your hand if you only get a few things!
The best rustic bread in Queens (and I've been on a hunt). Pane di Casa a giant round loaf of crusty white for $4.75. And if you're having a really big party, you can also get a pane di tavola.

Charming little bakery with outdoor seating and a delightful selection of pastries. I tried the rainbow cookies; they were decent.
