The women in the bakery usually do a nice job. The girl who wrote on my cake really tried but was struggling and no one offered to help her. The writing was not nice so I said I would take it with money off. They tried to fix it again but it still looked bad. They then smashed the top of the cake with the lid so I wanted a new one. I said no writing on this one and don’t put the lid all the way down, what do they do? Put the lid absolutely all the way down and then argued with me after I asked to see the cake, stating they already taped the box. So I left with no cake and no apology. I worked at the deli and unfortunately experienced bullying from a coworker. The owner suggested I transfer to a different department, but after some consideration, I decided to quit. This particular employee would give me intimidating looks, and it just wasn't worth the stress. Now I manage HR, and I can confidently say that this is not how a workplace should operate. The store is not run at a corporate level, so I would recommend staying away.
A typical Giant Eagle experience. They have a wide variety of products, and I have no complaints. The staff has always been friendly. Just be mindful of your shopping cart, as the entire parking lot slopes downward toward the store.
I visited the restaurant to pick up some medication. Upon entering, I was greeted by lovely music playing in the background, which created a wonderful atmosphere!

Be careful in the parking lot. Some guy flew out of his parking space without even looking and hit my husband in the shoulder with his SUV.
