Arriving at this restaurant (a little bit excited) I was surprised by a Breton evening with music and cuisine. the place is small but very comfortable. We ate fantastic hors d'oeuvres (terrines, oysters, various sauces, sea snails.) and a strong dish of pork and vegetables cooked in a package with their broth and seasoned with traditional music and sprinkled with organic cider! exceptional! and since the dinner was offered to me I can not know the price quality ratio but, looking at the faces of the customers, it was certainly satisfactory,
a friendly welcome and full of humor, a delicious meal, the gibus is a place to go to discover, rediscover, without moderation. The surprise menu is extra. a discovery at each dish, a reinvented, fine and tasted kitchen, there is only to be worn. There is a joyous atmosphere in this restaurant. the staff immediately made us feel comfortable by offering us a glass of homemade chardonnay while we were looking at the map. Bricks with seafood.
