Bonjour ! Pour la part , déçu ! Pas de jarret ok ! Rupture de pinot gris a mittelbergheim quoi vue le voisinage difficile a croire ! Champignons en boite ou désidraté en saisons ! Pas de suggestions a la carte ! Champignons chinois avec os a moelle mais par contre c'est un os a moelle entier ! Peut être somme nous trop exigeant ! Mais pour un maître restaurateur ça fait peur quoi , heureusement qu'on avait le passeport gourmand ! Ont reviendra pas ! Le tartare de bœuf étai correct ! La sauce de l'escalope de veau était top ! Le veau n'était pas trop tendre!
Business meal .... Warm and pleasant room The duck magret was wonderfully well cooked and tender to wish. Sauce and very scented vegetables. Spaetzle served with the traditional taste of Alsatian cuisine. The wine was good and quality The chocolate desert was very pleasant. As with a master’s canvas, one can judge that what one experiments with the work! But this meal was very pleasant and very well cooked
We each took a menu and, unanimously, we all enjoyed the suggestions, the service is also pleasant,competent and good advice. What matters in a restaurant is the plate, but although the frame has been a little modernized it would take a little extra effort at this level to make it more enjoyable (their exposed beam large wooden pillar make a little old)
In a small picturesque village Alsacien, a magnificent restaurant. A beautiful terrace, a typical and historic restaurant room. A pleasant and professional welcome. A small card but with high quality dishes. A very large wine card. With an excellent choice on local wines. Our little **** was welcome. We'll be back. Don't hesitate, come and discover.

I had an incredible time in this restaurant! We were greeted by a very polite and benevolent young man! The map is refined and makes you want! Once you had a dish, it was amazing! Thank you to the chief for these good meals! I recommend 100% this time-cut place, filled with charm and very quiet!
We spent an excellent meal with top quality products. Excellent presentation! In addition the team is at the top very discreet but listening. When in the room it's beautiful. I recommend this restaurant entirely!
We stayed one night in this hotel. Hotel located in a beautiful village surrounded by vineyards. Breakfast was served at the table and composed of a mix of charcuterie and cheese.
