This is a smallish restaurant located in the main shopping area of Ormeau.Tastefully decorated. Being smaller it is not to noisy. beware though the A/C outlets. Could be a bit cold if you are under an outlet.The menu selection is very good, typical for a very good Indian restaurant. Think most menu's for beef/chicken/veg/fish etc. The standout is the quality of the dishes. This is some of the best Indian we have eaten (and that includes in India).On arrival the service and attention was very good. Our orders were reasonably quick in being prepared (it was a Friday night so busy with dine in and take away). The only let down was that they were not overly interested in a 2nd order of drinks. This restaurant is small however the quality of food and excellent service makes up for that, we have ben there twice and will keep going as we have enjoyed it both times, the restaurant is clean & well presented and has been full both times we have gone also we noticed that the Take away side of the restaurant was extremely busy lots of foot traffic. Well done, don't miss going here.
This is our little local joint. The owners are always lovely and the food is always prepared and cooked really quickly. The food is quite tasty and the prices are a little expensive, but overall very standard for a nice dish. Will definitely keep going back
This place is lovely, its only small so if you were a group it would be wise to book. The staff are friendly and attentive, the food is lovely and you can have it as hot or mild as you like, the menu is rather large which makes it hard on what to choose .

I've been to many Indian restaurants but this one is delicious. I wish they were open at lunch times as I work nights. Food is to die for you will keep craving it months later. Yummy and fresh! Lovely staff also. Value for money
This restaurant has an excellent menu with wonderful food to eat in our take out. I would recommend any of the dishes. They are clean cooking and my only criticism is some of the meals have too much sauce in them.
You definitely do not get good value for your money at this restaurant. The meals are expensive and contain very little meat, mostly consisting of sauce or juice. I would not recommend going back there.
It has been a while since we last dined at this restaurant, but when we did, the food was incredibly fresh and delicious. However, it did take quite some time for our meals to be prepared.

Just had a medium hot chicken Tikka Marsala from Gills in Ormeau and it was amazing! and the coconut rice was also very nice I would highly recommend this Indian Restaurant Thank you Gills
Never fails us...its our go to Indian, massive choice on the menu. Always great service and the food is great...fresh and full of flavour we love it!!!
