Easily the best restaurant in Brighton that I’ve been to and it didn’t disappoint this time. Amazing food, brilliant service and beautiful ambience. Keep doing what you do Gingerman and please, never change.

A superb St. Valentine's day meal. The food was prepared to a very high level, the wine was very good indeed and service was attentive, informative and friendly.
Had an amazing dinner here the other night. Food was superb, staff were very friendly and attentive and the place had a lovely vibe. Overall a great experience!

Best oyster I've had in a long time, really clever flavouring with granita and jalapeño. Completely locked my plate clean. Cute space.
