Ginko is one of the best places in the South Ardeche! Between relaxation, good food, good drink and good understanding, this place never leaves us on our hunger (fine and we return regularly with great pleasure! The waitress is funny and pleasant (and beautiful! The bosses are the most adorable. I recommend this place to all curious about good food, good energy and delicious drinks! Finally, people aware of their trade, owners who want to offer the best to their customers and an atmosphere at the top! Thanks for everything, don't change anything!!!!
We loved the setting, and there was a Spanish band on the Monday we visited. There were 3-4 options we could choose at on the menu. Taste was good, we ate pakoras, and two other dishes. Only personal downside was that it was fried and the vegetables were very oily (but that is typically French I guess) We had chocolate sorbet after, the kids loved it. A very pleasant, friendly, warm place. Ideal setting and pleasant word musical atmosphere. Very good tapas and gourmet plates. Small dessert of the day at the top (the basil basil tree of the Chartreuse).
