Me and my whole family have been coming here ordering from Gino’s for years. Unfortunately we will not be supporting this business anymore due to how the manager deals with his customers. I do not recommend anyone spend their money here as you will not be valued as a customer anyway. The food is good but the attitude that the manager exudes will surely cause you to lose your appetite as it did with mine. He needs better customer service skills and over all better people skills. I have always ordered from Gino’s for over 10 years, all of a sudden today I ordered and they did not want to deliver to my address saying they don’t deliver to Queens , I asked since when and they said they never did...
The most unkind people. I wish I could post the unprofessional conversation that I had with the owner today. I asked if they could bring my slice to the door because I was with my sleeping baby and the weather was terrible, they said it was against their policy. I asked for an ounce of kindness and he said I shouldn’t have left the house alone with the baby if I couldn’t handle it. Like who says that? I asked if he cares about the community that supports them and he flat out said no. I have been coming to Gino’s for 15 years and I am super disappointed. Gino’s do better!! Energy comes back around and it’s only a matter of time.
Living in this area, we all know that there's no shortage of pizza places around us, making us extremely fortunate. Even the mediocre ones could easily outdo the competition in other areas. However, Gino's stands out with their consistently delicious pizza. Their Sicilian slices are a must-try, especially if you're looking for a soft, moist, and savory flavor. Gino's has become the go-to spot for pizza lovers in the neighborhood. You don’t go there for the ambience. You go there for the pizza

I highly recommend the following dishes: Pepperoni Pizza, Lasagna, Garlic Bread, Special Salad, a slice of Pizza, Pepperoni Slice, and Baked Ziti. The food was delicious and well worth the price! The service was great as well, making for a pleasant overall experience.

My boyfriend raves about this pizza shop, he has been a costumer since he was a child 1990's...today we order pizza for a family of 4...pizza was salty! over on sodium my boyfriend call to ask and the guy on the phone said idk...then he asked did you guys changed your recipe how to make the pizza? the guy clueless and didnt care said I dont know. CARELESS COSTUMER SERVICE DISAPPOINTED
The food here is amazing, the service is excellent, and the staff is fantastic! It's a perfect restaurant for lunch, dinner, or any meal you desire. You can choose to dine in or take out, and I always make it a point to stop by whenever I'm in the area. It’s truly one of my favorite places to eat in Elmont, NY.
The pizza here is fantastic! I've been coming to this place since I was 12 years old. Today, just as I was about to enjoy my Sicilian slice, I discovered a dime in the box. It's a bit off-putting since money can be really dirty, but overall, it's still a great restaurant.
If you are looking for a fresh tasty buffalo Pizza' Gino's has your back! I've had many of their dishes and pizzas, but this one is my favorite! Their pasta portion sizes are generous and absolutely delicious. Anything with seafood is a must try!

The pizza here is very good, but it's not something to absolutely rave about. In my opinion, Brooklyn and the Bronx still hold the top spots for pizza.
