Me and my whole family have been coming here ordering from Gino’s for years. Unfortunately we will not be supporting this business anymore due to how the manager deals with his customers. I do not recommend anyone spend their money here as you will not be valued as a customer anyway. The food is good but the attitude that the manager exudes will surely cause you to lose your appetite as it did with mine. He needs better customer service skills and over all better people skills. I have always ordered from Gino’s for over 10 years, all of a sudden today I ordered and they did not want to deliver to my address saying they don’t deliver to Queens , I asked since when and they said they never did...
The most unkind people. I wish I could post the unprofessional conversation that I had with the owner today. I asked if they could bring my slice to the door because I was with my sleeping baby and the weather was terrible, they said it was against their policy. I asked for an ounce of kindness and he said I shouldn’t have left the house alone with the baby if I couldn’t handle it. Like who says that? I asked if he cares about the community that supports them and he flat out said no. I have been coming to Gino’s for 15 years and I am super disappointed. Gino’s do better!! Energy comes back around and it’s only a matter of time.
Purchased 3 salads and a buffalo wing, went home there was no wings. Had to go back to store to retrieve my order, if that was the only discrepancy I had with my order it wouldn’t b so bad. I been shopping at Gino’s for years and that was the worst house salad I’ve ever tasted, the grill chicken wasn’t grilled. It’s as if they just fried the chicken, cut it up and called it a house salad. I had to throw it out, called the management this morning to lodge a complaint and he didn’t seem to care much. I don’t even want a refund they can keep it, I’m done!

My boyfriend raves about this pizza shop, he has been a costumer since he was a child 1990's...today we order pizza for a family of 4...pizza was salty! over on sodium my boyfriend call to ask and the guy on the phone said idk...then he asked did you guys changed your recipe how to make the pizza? the guy clueless and didnt care said I dont know. CARELESS COSTUMER SERVICE DISAPPOINTED
Food is delicious, great service, and awesome staff! Great restaurant for lunch, dinner or whatever you like. There’s dine in or take out, I always stop in whenever I visit the neighborhood. It’s definitely one of my favorite spots to eat in Elmont, NY
If you are looking for a fresh tasty buffalo Pizza' Gino's has your back! I've had many of their dishes and pizzas, but this one is my favorite! Their pasta portion sizes are generous and absolutely delicious. Anything with seafood is a must try!
The pizza is awesome Ive been going here since I was 12. Today as I was about to buss down my sicilian slice I found a dime in the box. Kind of gross considering money is mega dirty but otherwise good place.
Food itself was delicious but the size of the item which was a shrimp parm hero was so small. Price is reasonable. They used to make really loaded hero but I don't no what happened..
