What started as a simple inquiry about their pasta dishes turned into a shocking display of rudeness and insensitivity towards my special needs sister. Long time, frequent customer but never again will I order from them. Food is consistently cold and frequently the order is incorrect. Tonight called for order update after waiting well over an hour for food that was told would be 35 45 minutes for delivery. Same girl who took the order hung up on me twice. The 3rd call she answered the phone with attitude saying yeah it left already and that she didn’t send the orders out so couldn’t let me know how long it was out for delivery. I asked for the manager, who couldn’t have cared less about this employees nasty customer service, who told me the order was out for only 5 minutes. My pet peeve. Stop with the crying about the cost of credit card fees. Small businesses have been paying credit card fees forever. The employees state that they have no control, its the credit cards that force us to charge more for the use of credit cards. But thats a lie. Not every pizza place charges extra. I know Prince Umbertos in Franklin Square doesnt charge for extra for credit. They have been in business since 1975. Its a personnal choice that Gino's made. Its my choice not to use your business.
Pizza and Food are delicious. Service is great. Update: What's changed here? My order was a disaster ice cold. I live 5 minutes away and I picked it up. Pizza was not the same at all. Eggplant Parmigian was also cold and so bland. I'm not giving up but I'm close.

The pizza is usually good but not tonight. Ordered a large pepperoni and you can tell it was a cheese pie they just put pepperoni on. Called to say something and they couldn't own up to their mistake. Very disappointed, waste of $29.
Quick and friendly service. Fresh slices. So many different specialty slices available, there is something for everyone. Comfortable seating and laid back environment.
When you are in Long Beach NY, this is the right place for good Italian food. Delicious wide variety with excellent service and reasonable prices. Highly recommending
The food and wait service was excellent. It was worth traveling 2500 miles from Arizona to eat at Gino's.
