Came here with some friends for dinner on a Saturday, and I definitely didn't expect what happened. They got it right with two out of five dishes, and when we complained about meat in our vegetarian dishes they took them and brought them back straight away, having simply removed the meat. After this, I asked to speak to the manager, who quickly sorted it out and offered dinner complimentary. I was surprised to find this attitude from a supervisor in Spain, so thanks CRISTINA, you're the real mvp. TL;DR manager sorted out all issues, rest of stuff awful.
Normalmente vengo a este Vips porque es el más cercano. Me gusta mucho cómo han actualizado la carta y las mejoras y añadidos que han hecho. La comida siempre muy bien, el trato de parte del servicio igual. Buen ambiente. Dejo esta reseña hoy porque ayer fuimos a cenar por el día de la madre y nos trataron muy bien!
Hemos comido aquí un martes. Bastante tranquilo. Todo el personal muy amable, especialmente Sara, que nos atendió, Eva, que nos recibió al llegar. Muy amables.
Todo genial y encima nos atendió Sara un encanto y una buena profesional. Repetiré más veces La calidad y el precio están muy acorde

Excellent service and cuisine, 5/5 among Ginos (not among every Italian restaurant) Only drawback might be it's a bit small.
Estuvimos en familia el pasado 30 de abril y Eli y sus compañeras nos trataron genial! La comida rica como siempre.
