Our waiter, a young gentleman, was incredibly kind and attentive to all our needs. We highly recommend the beef marinade, though the chicken was also good! We definitely overindulged, but it was impossible to stop eating because everything was just that delicious! I can't recommend this place enough! There are plenty of seating options available. My husband and I are on the larger side, yet we were comfortable in a booth. They also offer pull-out chairs and bar seating. Everything here is just perfect! it is our first time here and we are not sure what to expect. first, if they are a first timer, the menu is quite confusing. the explanation of the waitress helps. the heat source of the hot pot and grill is the gel type fuel. that's a first. it does not generate enough heat to cook the broth for the hot pot. it hardly cooks after a long time. it produces enough heat for the grill. However, I am not a friend to cook food on a sheet heat resistant matte. we order the Tonkotsu breadth, but it tastes more like mixed than bone broth. the marinated meat is too sweet. the cut bark and lamb for hot pot are pretty good. the seafood is really bad. do not order the seafood.

that was another experience I didn't care so much for. they cook their own food. would have been much more fun if the grill was heated faster, felt like he needed forever. the food itself is quite delicious and they give them a lot of it. service was great.
