Ich war nach langer Zeit wieder im Ginza. Das Personal macht einen müden Eindruck. Die Gerichte sind an jeder Ecke kaputt und man muss ein wenig im Besteckbehälter wühlen, bevor man sauberes Besteck findet. Die Clips für die Teller sind schmutzig und klebrig. Die Saucen am warmen Buffet waren sehr wässrig und schmeckten nach nichts. Auch das Eis war unterirdisch. Normalerweise würde ich nie Eis zurücklassen, aber dieses Mal konnte ich es nicht essen. Es schmeckte einfach nach nichts. Irgendwann hatte ich sogar das Gefühl, dass es nicht mehr gut war. Der Geschäftsführer fragte mich danach, weil ich nichts gegessen hatte. Ich erzählte ihm dann meine Meinung und dass ich so etwas noch nie erleb...
This evening March 22, 2024 at 8:00 p.m. I went to this restaurant with my girlfriend for dinner. And what I'm commenting here now has the purpose of discouraging everyone from the restaurant. Please stay away, you won't get good food or good service. You don't feel comfortable when you're in there, just because of the pieces of paper that say you have to pay €5 if a plate isn't empty, what a threat. They are glued about 5 times to the front and back of each buffet table. At the ice cream stand it says “beware of children” so keep your children away from there. The food was COLD and rancid. The flesh felt like chewing gum. There was nothing fresh and they didn't refill it. Under no circumsta...
Great Asian buffet, rather inexpensive. I like to go there again and again. Unfortunately, as is often seen in Asian restaurants, there are lots of signs banning this and that or threatening fines. Apparently this is necessary, but this aspect doesn't seem inviting to me.

Food very good and varied. Large selection of ready meals. What was special was the opportunity to put together raw food and have it grilled. Staff friendly, quick and accommodating.
The staff was uneducated. I would rate the service with 0. They need to find someone who speaks English or another language for the tourists.
