Whilst waiting for our flight. We ordered two breakfeasts, we even asked if we could swap some items around. I did not find the menu cheap but upon exit I realised that maybe because of the top quality of foods we ate. Ordering toasts is seperate to the main meal adding additional 3 pounds. to your full English. Upon recieving the food I felt like my plate was small? however I was certianly full afterwards. The waitress was very polite and accomodating quick to notice you if you need anything and asked if everything was alright with the food etc. We had egg options being scrambled or fried. The restaurant appeared very inviting and the staff were fantastic. We both ordered fish and chips but one of the dishes was not fully cooked. The staff handled the situation perfectly by quickly preparing a fresh dish and removing the cost from our bill. I would give them a perfect 10/10. It's unclear why the dish wasn't cooked properly, but I cannot fault the front of house staff who remained positive despite the hiccup.
Had a brunch breakfast menu finishes at 1100 and I was there a little later. Good selection and ingredients look to be very good quality, and plenty of it. Scrambled egg was very definitely worth a specific mention light, fluffy and seemed to be freshly cooked. A bit pricy but it's an airport. (And it was a nice quiet area to sit down in away from the absolute chaos that Birmingham seems to be these days.
Looked at Wetherspoons who were v full, so decided go to Giraffe, which was empty for a change. NOW I know why Giraffe are empty. Girl who we asked whether it was table or bar service So RUDE we walked straight out and went to the Wetherspoons after all. Can't comment on food as we didn't stay long enough, but they will stay empty unless staff improves!!!

Came in this morning, greeting by a sweet and warm woman at the door who showed us to our table and asked about allergens Then our server Adam I believe (I’ll remember him because of his wacky shirt XD took our order and was amazing throughout the whole time, everyone was great and even said goodbye to us as we left
I went for lunch and had a great experience! The atmosphere was lovely, the food was delicious, and Nélia provided excellent service. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this restaurant.
We had a breakfast here, it didn’t include toast which was an extra £3.75 which made it expensive, tinned mushrooms are a yuk, we won’t go back, the staff member was polite and friendly though.
The staff welcomed us with a smile and the food was delicious. However, we were slightly dissatisfied because it seemed like they were understaffed and dirty dishes were not cleared promptly.

We decided to visit this cafe as Wetherspoons was so busy. We had breakfast which was fine ,nothjng to write home about. Very expensive.
Great food. Great service from Dom. Friendly and helpful waiter..Much more pleasant experience than other eateries
