GVB offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff truly excels in providing excellent customer service. This, along with the comfortable and cozy surroundings, makes sure that everyone leaves feeling a bit happier than when they arrived. The food is good but not outstanding, as it lacks the flavor and spice levels I prefer. I only tried the Veg and Feta Wrap, so I can't speak for the rest of the menu. However, I must mention that the Cream Soda here is fantastic—highly recommend trying it! Overall, it's a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy some time with good company.
I visited the Bistro with my wife and our 3-year-old, and we were really impressed with the food. We ordered beef dips, and my little one enjoyed a grilled cheese sandwich. Everything we had was delicious and tasted very fresh. The salad was particularly noteworthy; it felt like it had just been picked from the garden. We will definitely be back. Thank you!
Dropped in for a late lunch. Had the veggie panini with mushroom soup as the side dish. Delicious,hot, fresh, and only $9.... seriously? Super good value. At the next table was the Rueben sammy which looked awesome. Banana bread and brownies: best in town. If you haven't tried the Glacier Valley bistro, get movin'!
Stopped here for breakfast on a road trip through the island. The apple cheddar waffles were delicious as was the coffee. It has a cozy atmosphere and fun conversation with the proprietor. This place is truly a GEM! The coffee is excellent, and the food is outstanding. The chef, who may also be the owner, genuinely cares about his customers and actively seeks their feedback. I appreciate the tranquil atmosphere, but I’m sure this venue will soon be rightfully discovered by many.
