Everything about this place is absolutely wonderful. From the delicious food to the inventive names and themes on the menu, as well as the excellent service, it’s all of the highest quality. The prices are surprisingly affordable given the quality of the meals, and everything tastes remarkably fresh. This has quickly become my favorite spot for burgers and sandwiches. My only minor complaint is that the sandwiches are so large that you often need utensils, but they provide these ineffective plastic knives and forks that struggle to cut through anything, making it challenging to enjoy the sandwiches. Overall, the burgers were quite tasty, and the restaurant was bustling with activity. However, the two orders of chicken fingers were disappointing, as both plates had spots where the breading was absent. This could have happened due to overcrowding in the fryer basket or perhaps a lack of attention while using the tongs. Moreover, the jalapeños on my burger were raw instead of grilled, as the menu indicated. It seems that some shortcuts were taken to speed up service, as I've had a much better experience with them prepared correctly at the Dixie location.
I visited Gladiator for the first time at their Mississauga location and was quite disappointed. The burger was small, the fries tasted like the plain frozen ones you can buy at the grocery store, and the gravy was watery and lacked flavor. All of this cost over $18. To top it off, my order arrived in under three to four minutes—faster than McDonald's! Given the price, I expected the burgers to be made to order, but it seems they pre-cook all their burgers. I won't be returning—very disappointing experience!

I ordered four meals, and while three of them arrived within five minutes, I had to wait over 15 minutes for the fourth. I highly recommend trying the chicken mac and cheese burger shown in the photo; it’s my favorite choice for special occasions!
