Poor quality of the food, we asked him to change the second dish that was roast chicken because it was two pieces of wing (only bone) and the fries were raw and he returned with the dish with another changed piece of chicken, cold and cut one portion. The treatment had nothing to do with the customers next door who served them before and their dishes had nothing to do with ours. The rest of our dishes were mediocre.
Not bad. Food was pretty good, service OK but after asking for coffee instead of dessert we were charged for the coffees. Had to send the not overly cheap menú del día bill back whereupon it was corrected and apologies given.
Glass is hands down the BEST place and atmosphere to go to in Las Arenas. The staff is friendly and they make the best cup of coffee around! Support this restaurant because they deserve it!
