We stayed in room D201, and we had a terrible experience. The shower was leaking, causing the bathroom floor to be completely wet all night, and we couldn't sleep at all. My wife, who is six months pregnant, slipped in the bathroom, but thankfully she's okay. We reported the issue to the reception and requested to change rooms, but nothing was done to help us. Additionally, we found a rash in the room. Overall, it was very disappointing.
Great stay here at Beach retreat, the staff was awesome, super friendly attentive. We really enjoyed our stay here. The kids loved that they had hot chocolate, fresh baked cookies and smores kits in lobby every evening, it was nice sitting at the fire pits while kids made there smores. Location is great, close to everything, breakfast in restaurant on site was great too. Will definitely be coming back.
Absolutely a beautiful venue for the wedding of our granddaughter the staff were wonderful very attentive to all the needs we had wind and plenty of snow to add to the Beauty of the area we enjoyed every minute there The staff were amazing They did a great and gracious job from the champagne to the hors d’oeuvres I would recommend this to anyone needing a gathering thank you we enjoyed Our stay
I work at the Mexican restaurant next door and I've been getting coffee here for the past couple months. I've been loving their hot white mocha! I like my coffee sweet and Mara always make sure to add that extra sweetness in there for me, which I really appreciate. Really nice service. Just what I need to warm me up after my walks to work. This place is great, friendly staff. We always get the lower lever beach room this is great, we brought our five-year-old granddaughter and she had to play in the snow on the beach right outside our door without going anywhere. The food and the staff in the boathouse are great. We'll be back.
Checking in we were greeted with the friendliest staff. Annastaysia and crew were amazing and over the top. Our room wasn't quite ready but she guided us to the boathouse to have the most delicious food and cocktails. The beer ? was cold and refreshing and the view DOES NOT SUCK.
They have a very good customer service. They have breakfast restaurant the is a plus. We did our check in early and we didn’t wait to much so the was good because it was snowing a lot . They are super friendly and definitely I will come one back next year : .
First of all customer service is amazing, from the moment you walk in until you leave. We ordered baked potato soup in bread bowls and it was delicious and perfect for the cold weather. We also took a few donuts back to the hotel, they were fresh and yummy. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
What a delightful little spot! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the coffee was excellent. The donuts were delicious, with just the right amount of sweetness. Overall, it's a fantastic place all around!
