I've been here a handful of times. While a little pricey for casual takeout, this is a great place to bring family friends to celebrate a birthday or job promotion. Their wings are really tasty, and I've never had a bad pizza from them. Service has always been very friendly and efficient. I'll never forget my first time, when I asked our waitress for her favorite build-your-own pizza, and she recommended a pizza with goat cheese, arugula, leeks, and shrimp. I loved it so much that I've recreated it at home many times since.
I think the people who complain about the pizza do not have much experience with Neopolitan pizza: not too big, not too much cheese, thin crust. I like Gleason's and think it's the only place in the city I can get such a cake. In my opinion, the service was always great. The only criticism I have is that it can somehow become loud, with all the flat surfaces that surround the sound.
Nice place to get an awesome pizza. Every pizza is crafted with a thoughtfully placed array of ingredients that comes together quite nicely. We had the Autumn Harvest pizza. The sweetness of the squash based sauce contrasted by the saltiness of the bacon really added a good amount of depth. They also have Trivia night on Wednesdays at 7pm
The food was excellent and the service was great. We went on the night before Halloween before a show at the Paramount, and as expected, the restaurant was very busy. Despite this, the server handled everything well, our food arrived promptly, and the pizza was delicious!
I've been to Gleason a lot. I always had a great time with great food. The cocktails are always innovative and delicious! The service was always top notch at the bar or table. I often find myself suggesting hanging with friends after work.
A surprise for us, very loud, because very popular, live music at night, so much fun. Drinks are great and fun. The food is delicious. Wait Personaltag Teaming to always check for you. We'll be back. An unexpected date night.
Cute and cozy outpost from the owners of Birdsall house. We enjoyed flavorful and strong cocktails, a fresh and tasty salad and a few appetizers, all great. I look forward to trying the pizza and entrees next time.
I love this place absolutely. Love the octopus pizza, the delicious snacks and the whole pasta. Service was always wonderful and I ate a ton of times here. Definitely a beautiful place to hang around and munch.
Cool place with live music. Interesting cocktails, but wouldn't order an old fashioned (was made incorrectly). Staff is extremely friendly. Would recommend if visiting Peekskill.
