I 'm torn. The food is always excellent and delicious. What 's completely unacceptable, however, is that, repeatedly, several employees (sometimes two, sometimes four! stand in the sales area and leave me hanging. Instead, the four of them argue about whether everything has been brought to the front yet. The customer is completely ignored. After about two minutes, one of the four stands in front of me, looks at me, and says nothing. Not a word, no apology for the wait, no hello, no What can I get you? The concepts of service, friendliness, and Germany clearly don 't go together. As good as the food is, the staff there are absolutely terrible.
We've always enjoyed going to the restaurant there. However, we've once again noticed the GLOBUS RESTAURANT's misleading advertising! It's a picture of a spaghetti plate with a €5 advertisement, and the restaurant doesn't want to hear about it. It's put us off our appetite. Then they should redesign the advertising. This way, it looks as if the spaghetti is always available at that price (which was the case in the past).
I used to eat there often and was always satisfied. But recently, the food has unfortunately declined considerably. The fries were overcooked, the currywurst sauce was somehow too thick, the schnitzel was cold and tough, the mashed potatoes had no flavor, etc. Drinks from the new tap system taste disgustingly sweet, as if they were pure sugar syrup. The tables and the floor beneath them are also very dirty.
Man kann dort eigentlich günstig und gut essen. Wir gehen dort immer gern hin. Dieses Mal waren wir jedoch enttäuscht. Das Schnitzel war lauwarm und sehr trocken. Der Geschmack ließ ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig. Was lauwarme Pommes angeht, muss ich wohl nichts weiter sagen – das kennt jeder. Einzig das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir werden in Zukunft nicht mehr dort hingehen.

I've eaten at Globus several times. The food was good, home-style and reasonably priced. Over the past year, the food has noticeably deteriorated, becoming inedible in some places. Despite the price increase, the quality remains poor. Besides, it's not a restaurant, but a cafeteria.
Ich bin eigentlich immer sehr zufrieden, egal ob Frühstück oder Mittagessen – es schmeckt stets sehr gut. Kürzlich hatte ich Spargel, der wirklich köstlich war, und auch die anderen Gerichte sind immer hervorragend.
Das Frühstück war, wie gewohnt, sehr schmackhaft und abwechslungsreich. Eine kleine Maus hatte sich durch die ständig öffnende Tür ins Warme geschlichen. Das Personal kümmerte sich sofort darum.

Unglaublich lecker und zudem sehr preiswert. Auch ohne einen Besuch auf dem Markt lohnt sich ein Besuch auf jeden Fall.
Das Essen ist wirklich lecker, das Personal ist freundlich und ich komme gerne wieder.
