Today I had Smoked wings (which are the best wings I’ve had in all of St Louis St. Charles Mattingly’s is now in 2nd. Had the Turkey Ribs which was a first for me but they were REALLY good. My wife had a Turkey Melt sandwich which she said was good as well. The sides could use some improvement but they are very doable given that the store’s staple is the smoked BBQ’d meats. The sides we had were fries, baked beans, and corn on the cob. In my opinion the fries were the best side. Very nice family owned pop-up in Creve Couer. I’ll be back. Especially for them wings. I really look forward to the Turkey Tips (they were sold out today but I will update the review on those when I try them. UPDATE...
The owner of this establishment and I have known each other for years. I recently hosted an event in which Gobble stop provided their famous turkey tips. I can't say enough about the food, because by now I'm sure that everyone has been introduced to the smokey goodness. However, if you haven't, what are you waiting for. I assure you that you will not be disappointed. You want some really good smoked food. This is the spot!!!
When I tell you delicious it was very good I took my mom for lunch while we waited for my wife's in the hospital I am so glad we did the food was Soo good and tender if I'm out this way I am coming back
The wings are great but the real gem is the turkey rib made from collarbone. Super tender, smoky, and goes well with their sweet and tangy sauce. Also the potato salad is really, really good.

Omg. So freaking good. Opted for the turkey ribs with their sauce. People there are so nice Going back to try their wings and anything else they have on the menu. This is a hidden gem.
First timer, got the Turkey Ribs and Chicken Wings…some of the best smoked poultry I’ve ever had! And I used to work in the BBQ biz. I def plan on coming back!
My husband and I stop by there for lunch yesterday. All I'm going to say is tender, flavorful and GOOD!!!!!! Don't walk, Run, go get you some!!!!
Weren't here for lunch with a large group of guys from a conference I was in town for. Amazing turkey tips, and super friendly staff.
