I was becoming a regular customer and so was deeply disappointed by their behaviour. We order with just eat, they have step by step info on order and so when they said it was made and on its way we were happy. 1hour later we rang to see what had happened. It arrive during call... 2 lovely cold burgers with cold gaucho wedges. We said it was cold and driver walked off in a mood. The friendly man at Goiko said they would prepare fresh hot burgers. They arrived about 20min later and they were still cold as where the wedges. As it was 11:30 at night and we ordered at 9:30 we were tired and hungry and just took them. The man at Goiko said if we can to the restaurant, they would give us 2 compleme...
My boyfriend and I tried to order some hamburgers from their app and it wasn 't working. We decided to go to the restaurant. The waiter said we weren 't allowed to order there, we had to do it through the app. We tried again in front of him to show him it didn 't work, he agreed and said there was nothing he could do. I then turned to my boyfriend and said this is stupid they won 't help us. The waiter turned to another employee and said she 's just complaining because she is a guiri (american) thinking I wouldn 't understand him in Spanish. So although their food is good, I wouldn 't give them my business.
all great! the web is very intuitive and simple to order quickly, you have many options to choose from, the waiting time is always short and the delivery always on time and for very friendly people. All perfect!
goiko is one of the most dripping burgers, for the quality of the products and variety they offer. despite the offer that currently exists in madrid, I think goiko remains one of the best options.
