If you only looking for a place to satisfy your stomach, well you may think this place is okay . I found the dinning utensils are full of the smell of bleach which spoil my appetite. Another thumbs down factor is where they put the utility trolley; it 's right besides our tables which makes it a unhygienic. *Pay attention that they will include 11% service charge in the bill although their service is below average. We asked for a box for the left over dim sum and the waitress threw it to us which is incredibly rude. The dim sums are consider ok except the porridge is not hot enough. Overall I will rate: food :4 , service: 3, cleanliness: 2
Ughhh, talk about lousy service! As if two hours for six people to eat isn't bad enough, the servers at this restaurant were rude. The place wasn't very busy but tables weren't being cleared. We moved all of our empty dishes to the table next to us ourselves to make room for other dishes. They did seem short staffed but that's no excuse for the terrible service that we received. Thank goodness the food tasted decent but not good enough to overcome the service. Two stars is for the food, not the service that we received.

Although Gold Mark tried to impress with their menu, they fell short of meeting the standards expected for fine dining. While the dim sum dishes were slightly above average, they didn't quite justify the high prices. The standout was the Golden Needle Noodles, a rare find made with hand-crafted noodles. It remains to be seen if Gold Mark can withstand the competitive market in the long run.
Service and food quality is far above other dim sum restaurants, and at a reasonable price! If you come before 11 am, you will get a discounted rate for your dim sum, orders after 11 am are at regular price. The food is brought piping hot and quickly to your table. Great for family outings. I will certainly come back again. The staff were friendly and amenable especially on a busy Christmas day.

I tried dimsum at this restaurant for the first time on a Saturday. We were able to make reservations, which was unexpected for a weekend. The restaurant wasn't overly crowded, which was nice. The space was large and well decorated. The food was very good. I especially enjoyed the grilled squid, sui mai, and rice noodle rolls. The haw gau dumplings were quite large.
I celebrated my PhD last night at this beautiful restaurant, and I'm pleased to say we had a wonderful evening. The venue definitely contributed to the joy of our gathering. The staff were lovely and attentive, the food was excellent, and my guests were very impressed. We'll definitely be returning for future celebrations. Thank you very much!
My coworkers and I decided to check out this new restaurant after hearing great reviews from my coworkers. This location has had a history of unsuccessful restaurants, including Fish House and Le Biftheque. I had high expectations for Gold Mark Chinese Cuisine...
Good dim sum place, not too crowded. Quality of food for dim sum is better than most. Dinner on the other hand is not nearly as well done especially on special occasions like mothers day.
