Goldberg's Bagels is a regional chain of bagel vendors. If this store on Route 17 in Hasbrouck Heights is an example of a prototypical store, then the entire chain leaves a lot to be desired. My purchase history here has seen a Taylor Ham and Egg sandwich that featured a single slice of Taylor Ham, a bagel with butter that had a most indiscernible amount of butter that with the exception of two bites, didn't taste like there was any on it, and an iced coffee that was more discolored water than coffee. The prices are also considerably higher than other bagel places I've been to. Not a good look here.
I just left this restaurant after ordering an egg white and turkey on toast from their menu, which was listed for $4.99. However, I was charged $9.25. When I pointed out the price on their menu board, I was told that the prices were outdated and incorrect. I spoke with the manager and explained that I wouldn't have ordered it if I had known that two egg whites and a slice of turkey would cost that much. He mentioned they were waiting for new menu boards, but the prices are written in chalk. It’s not about the money for me; it’s about the principle. I won't be returning to this place again.
Take my advice and take your business elsewhere. I was charged 40 dollars for two pounds of cold cuts. When I was checking out and asked how much each meat cost I was ignored. My mistake was actually paying for this. I am not sure if they price gouge everyone or just new customers but there is no chance the price was accurate.
I ordered breakfast from here for the first time, hoping for a decent bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. What I received was disappointing: the bacon tasted microwaveable, there was only half a slice of cheese, and just half an egg—all for $7? I definitely won't be ordering from this place again.

I stopped by for lunch while I was out of town for work. The prices were too high, and the sandwich was just average. I wish I had gone to Wawa instead. I won't be returning to this deli on my next visit.
Average at best, and overpriced compared to other better quality Delis. Also Considering there are many other options to go to, chances are you'll atleast spend less for more value somewhere else.
Ordered a Taylor ham and cheese with no egg and they put an egg on it anyway. Barely a piece of Taylor ham as well. Won’t be coming back here
Terrible.. filthy…they server stale bagels first thing in the morning and rancid lox.. waste of money and time… disgusting.
