Goldberg's New York Bagels

The bagels here are excellent, but the service leaves much to be desired. Every time I've visited, the staff have come across as brusque and short-tempered, almost as if they’re annoyed to have customers. It’s disappointing because the bagels are genuinely delicious. The low morale among the employees is noticeable, so if you stop by, be sure to flash a smile at the person behind the counter—they probably could use the kindness. Overall, great food, but service could definitely improve.
