Arrived at the time of booking at 8:45, full restaurant, no reservation, no side table, everyone could enter and reservations for many groups were not accepted. We are asked to wait there despite the reservation, we wait 45 minutes but still nothing, almost 22 hours and the evening of December 31 is totally ruined. We're trying to find something, but nothing, forced to go home and nibble. A real lack of seriousness for this buffet that is not ready to see me again.
