I also had a frustrating experience with the guy at the front who was rude over the phone. What surprised me the most was when I asked for an extra bag for our food because I didn't want to share with my friend. He told me the bag I had should be sufficient. I was taken aback and mentioned, "I don’t eat with my boyfriend," to which he reacted in a snappy manner as I was leaving, but I couldn’t quite catch what he said.
As someone who works in customer service, I find it baffling. If a customer asks for a bag or a box, I simply give it to them. After all, it’s the customers that provide you with a job and keep your business running!
Is there ZERO stars? I ordered 20 entrees for my guests and the food was INEDIBLE that I had to place it in the garbage! The beef and chicken didn?t taste like meat, the noodles smelled horrible, and the vegetables were slimy! I called the restaurant and the manager instead of providing me with customer service told me ?it?s impossible? and asked me to FAX the pictures of the trashed food. You can see them below instead, since I can?t fax and asked him to provide me with an email address, he said no fax is the only way. Anyway, both food and customer service was unacceptable!
My wife used to come here often as a kid, finally tried her recommendation. I was very surprised by their walnut shrimp and orange chicken! Their egg rolls and chow mein were mediocre though. Place was super empty despite being rated the best Chinese food in Newport year after year. I would say to come here just to try their walnut shrimp. All in all, I would rate it an 8 out of 10
We were skeptical for all polarizing reviews, but decided to give it anyway. It wasn't very good. Not terrible, just okay. Probably not be back. We ordered white rice (did not taste good), veggie chow my (no taste), orange chicken (pretty good), and Sichuan beef (white taste)

The best Chinese food I ever had! My husband and I went to the Orange County Fairgrounds for dinner after a long day and enjoyed every bite. Try the egg rolls! The Shrimp Fried Rice was great, loved the Walnut Prawns and Mongolian beef. Enjoy?
Great food and the dinner for one with chicken chu mein was amazing. The complimentary Jasmine tea is amazing and the wonton soup is *chefs kiss* I definitely recommend to try and you will not be leaving disappointed
