Golden Flame Hot Wings

The food was amazing as always! But, i am a bit concerned about any possible chemical contaminants in the air in the restaurant, which is why we chose to get our food to go. The staff started mopping with extremely strong smelling mop water an hour BEFORE closing. The smell was so strong that several patrons mentioned it and kids were coughing. The staff did not seem to care about the effect it was having on the customers and were only concerned with being able to leave as soon as possible.While I completely understand wanting to prep closing tasks or even complete them early, it is never acceptable to do so at the expense of your customer’s experience.May not be returning to this location a...

This was my first experience with this restaurant. I walked in to place a to go order. I was told it would be an hour. Placed it and came back an hour later. The order was ready. The bag was tied shut and the ticket had everything listed on it. I got home and found both the ranch and the veggies were missing. For a wing place this is pretty essential I called to let them know about my experience and after waiting over20 mins for a manger she told me there is really nothing they can do unless I go back. I guess they would not want to remake the wings after they became cold when going back. Didn’t really seem to care. Disappointing for sure.

I love golden flame hot wings but honestly does not seem to be what it use to be, when they first opened wings were delicious and on point sauces were amazing however, today on June 9th 2023 wings were okay but did not taste great. French fries tasted funny and smelled like fish, Not sure why it was different but definitely not as good as I remember. Service was okay they seemed friendly but forgot the best part the beer can’t really mess that up.

If I could give this a zero I would! I ordered wings via DoorDash and the first wing I grabbed had literal feathers still stuck in the chicken! Thankfully DoorDash refunded me but I’m super disappointed because I wanted to find a new wing place since chicken shack closed and I’m so grossed out I had to throw the entire meal away.

I've been here a half dozen times and today was the best!Food is always great, the staff is typically very friendly, and I enjoy the atmosphere. Solid beer selection in draft.No complaints, only good vibes
