The only thing saving this place from a one star is the food and Flo. The place is clean and the food is good, but the manager (Rick) almost ruined the entire experience. Flo, our server, was very knowledgeable about the sauces and the gluten free options for my friend with Celiac’s disease. We connected well and she was pleasant throughout the entire process, and was equally as paitent with us as we were with her as she was wearing a pin designating her disability. However, as we were finishing the transaction, Rick rudely slammed his hands on the counter next to her and got onto her for being slow to her task despite her just finishing ringing us up and asking our receipt, which upset my p...
Huge wing fan here and the wings at Golden Flame were awesome. Not only was the food good, the service was impeccable! Everyone was so kind, patient, and attentive. I 've never been there and am always hesitant to ask for samples. The cashier, Ness, was like I 'm happy to get you samples of anything no pressure . And she did! I even ordered a flavor that I didn 't try and she warned me to try it first. I 've recommended this place to other wing fans and will plan on going again!
Golden Flame seriously has the best wings in town, they are not scrawny and they are so generous with their delicious sauces. Honestly it’s sorta a hidden gem! I have tried many things on their menu and have loved each of them. The jalapeño poppers are on point! Their fries are always fresh and top notch! Their wing sauces are just the best most flavorful ones you could ask for. 100% recommend to any wing enthusiast!
Don’t usually write reviews but I walked in after a long project that took two weeks, getting wings as my reward. The cashier was so kind and patient and said congrats after I told him I came here as a gift to myself for completing this huge project. And then, after I took my 15 piece wings box home, I pop it open to find 22 wings. Best Wings Place in the Springs, will definitely come back
Staff was ery friendly and helpful in helping us select the sauces. The fries are deep fried and a bit greasy. Plenty of room to sit inside and outside. The tables were a tad sticky and not sure if that came from the fries. The wings had great fry and tender inside. We will be back.Parking: Limited number of front row parking.
I was excited to try some wings at this restaurant, but was disappointed by how slow the service was. The BBQ wings tasted burnt and the fries were mediocre. Overall, for my first time in town, it was not a great experience.
Super friendly staff. Wonderful service.Wings are larger than, say, BW Wings. Lots of choices for sauces and rubs. Fries are awesome. Cheese curds are really good too.We will be regular at Golden Flame Hot Wings.
While we were in Florida, we were craving some wings and we were not let down! The wings and fries were exceptional. I highly recommend this place if you are in the area!
the wings were dry and too expensive. Cheese to my riders added for 2 dollars and they put like a squirt from the machine on em. not worth the 60 dollars I spent.
