Exceptional Chinese cuisine! We held our Christmas staff meal at Golden Jade, and every dish was outstanding! Everything we ordered was not only delicious but also incredibly fresh. The customer service was excellent—staff were polite, attentive, and courteous. There are far too many mediocre Chinese takeaways in and around Lancaster, but I will definitely return to Golden Jade and also consider them for takeout in the future. Highly recommended!
Stumbled upon this one evening in Lancaster. Decided to go in because it was rammed and didn't expect to get a table but the staff made room for us. The staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. The food is excellent. My only complaint is that the plates and bowls are made of melamine but this wont put me off coming back because the food was that good.
Poor food and poor service. I could not eat my meal it was extremely salty to the point it made me feel sick. It was so unpleasant. The service was poor. They brought one started and then another about 8 mins later. The same with mains they brought all the sides and around 8-9 mins later the mains. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
This Chinese restaurant exceeds expectations. The service is attentive and friendly, offering a wide variety of options. The decor is tasteful and pleasant, although I noticed that the restrooms could use some extra cleanliness. The portion sizes are generous, and the starters are excellent. Genuinely one of the best Chinese restaurant I've been too! We drove an hour out of our way on our holiday to the lake District to revisit the Golden Jade, and the restaurant did not disappoint, food was amazing, just as we remembered
Today was my and my other half’s first time here, the food was amazing, and pricing is average/good. The staff were very polite and friendly. Highly recommended, will be coming back !
The food is absolutely beautiful and delicious, the service is excellent, and the ambiance is perfect for a relaxing meal. This was my first visit, and I will definitely be back!
