I have eaten from this shop for years now, fish and chips and parmos are very nice and the staff are always very friendly. I must admit I was a little surprised by the feeling from a previous reviewer about food being warmed up and serving leftovers, I have always found the food to be fresh and if good quality/taste and I have eaten here hundreds of times over the years for lunch,tea and supper.
I've been a few times and never had a good takeaway. Go too early and it's yesterdays leftovers. Go too late and it's either yesterdays or its been kept warm all night and over crunchy. Chips are okay but stay away from everything else unless you actually see it cooked from fresh. Very disappointing as it's just around the corner from where I live.
Thoroughly enjoyed my experience with take out from this fish and chips shop. The two ladies behind the counter were very friendly and fun. The food was great and more than I could possibly eat. I took the small cod and chips. I will definitely go back!

Great service from a lovely family run business , all freshly cooked food , I've been going here for a lot of years and haven't had one bad meal from them , I highly recommend the pork Parmesan it's delicious
This Fish shop is fantastic not only for their fish and chips, but also for their diverse menu. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They also offer a delivery service. Definitely worth a try!

Best chips in Boro, hands down. They fry in vegetarian friendly oil. Lovely family run business deserving of continued success.
