The food is really good, but the customer service is lacking. I was debating about tipping since I had a small order and dine-in is not allowed, but I tipped anyway as I want to help out local businesses during this unique time. When I arrived, no one wasthere to assist me. After a couple minutes, a lady came to assist me and give me my order. She gave me my order and then slammedthe glass in my face without a thank you. After I arrived home, I noticed my orange chicken was leaking throughout the bag asthe box that it is placed in is not very secure or it was not nicely put into the box as I did not tip the bag at any point.More secure packaging would be great in the future as there was sauc...
I had a wonderful experience at this Chinese restaurant. The food was fantastic, though there was only one server on duty. Overall, it was a great place to dine. The server was very friendly and even offered me a drink as I arrived. The only wait was for the crab Rangoon, which took about four minutes to prepare—though I understand that this was because there was just one cook. However, the delicious food made the wait totally worthwhile.
