Golden Spike Burgers

Ok, so I 've read the negative reviews and all I have to say about that is STOP IT!! This is one of America 's quintessential mom pop greasy spoons. 1st, yes, I only have them 3 stars for atmosphere cuz there really isn 't any, but that 's not what you come to a place like Golden Spike Burgers for. You always hear people say, ooooo yah, I wanna find an off the beaten path mom pop hole in the wall dive restaurant... that 's where you find the best food. Well, that 's exactly what you 've got here, folks, but some of you still want to complain that, aesthetically, it 's not up to snuff. News flash... IT 'S NOT SUPPOSED TO BE! If that 's what you 're looking for, try Mickey D 's... if your one...

The food and service here were very good. We'll definitely be back if we come to another soccer game up here. The gyros and burgers were delicious and fairly reasonably priced. They could use some better venting as the smoke from the grill was definitely noticeable in the eating area, but we were very pleased with the food. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10
