From here twice, both times order late for an hour. This evening the order was made at 6:10 am with an expected arrival at 7:05. I called several times and when someone finally answered she was super rude, never apologised, said the delivery driver left 5 minutes ago and should arrive soon (I live 2 miles away. . After 30 minutes, I'll call again without answer. The driver shows up and says he took the food 10 minutes. Not only did the manager make rude excuses, she rang. Everything in line with the first time we ordered here, we just thought it was a busy Saturday night, we were wrong beat literally every restaurant other then this??
I've lived in Nitro for almost a year. This place is my go to when I want Chinese. Food is always fresh and always on time. If anything comes up, they always call ahead to let me know. Ive never had any bad customer service with them, always pleasent.
Owner is very rude.... Foods all lubricated the same and it was boiled too much oil. Two times the hete ordered to see if they had only one free day. I was wrong. Never recommend or order here.
The egg roll was also the smallest in any condition. and i. a truck driver and love Chinese food.. and I order a beef and Broccilli combo.. had more rice beef or Brocilli smh
