This is a rare gem in the middle of nowhere. It’s a local organic cheesemaking plant that uses locally sourced ingredients. It’s a little bit of a drive from Fort Wayne, but well worth it for the experience. The Salumi and cheese board is a wonderful appetizer. The menu is rather limited with Panini’s, pizza, and salads. I was really looking forward to trying to tiramisu but unfortunately it was not available that day. Absolutely an amazing experience. I am so glad we found this place and we are planning on returning at some point soon. They have great espresso, homemade cheeses and meats. They had a great selection of wines and drinks as well. I am hoping once spring hits next year we can smoke cigars outside and enjoy one of their amazing charcuterie boards.
Very good house made Italian cheese, salumi choices pair well with cheeses and other components. I think a better bread is needed. The atmosphere is modern. I didn't appreciate the relaxed service until I visited Italy, and if does mimic the feel of an Italian lunch. The food is lovely, relaxed and the wine is great. I buy the containers of Whipped Ricotta as often as I can stop by! The Burrata is awesome too!
This was a great spot. I do wish they made their own bread, but overall fabulous experience with service, cool atmosphere, and really FRESH food. Highly recommend venturing just a half mile from the interstate to eat here!
Try this place!! The food is amazing! Desserts are fantastic and so filling. It is so pretty the tables and chairs are amazing!! Music is great!!! Staff are so sweet!! I will be back soon!!!
Pizza was great! Good ingredients just need a bit more sausage. The balsamic for the caprese was runny. Chopped up basil would of been nice as well or just more basil leafs. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Bruschetta bar was phenomenal and served four of us quite easily. Every dish we had was fantastic, prices are very reasonable. gelato was fabulous. We will be coming back.
