Gonbay - Tisch reservieren

This was a dreadful experience, firstly due to a poor main course but predominantly owing to the rude, obnoxious and vile young man, who is supposed to be the restaurant manager. Unsurprisingly it transpires that the said manager is actually the owners son, which might...explain his seemingly bulletproof and very arrogant manner. For the record, he said that his name is Ken however, we’re not convinced of his honestly. If you dissect the negative reviews for the restaurant, you’ll find that this male manager is referenced all to often. One of our main courses was served to our plates by the waitress. My family and I visited Gonbay recently and we received a warm and very hospitable welcome. Ken, the manager, was first class and guided us through the menu expertly. The food did not disappoint and the dim sum was exceptional. All the staff are lovely and helpful, they went over and above to make our dinner fabulous. We will be back and look forward to another first class dining experience very soon.

We had a fantastic New Year's Eve meal! We were a family of with young children and were made to feel so welcome from start to finish! The staff couldn't do enough for us! The food was amazing as usual. Thank you to all...the staff!

This used to be a fabulous restaurant. The quality now is awful, the dishes were tough and tasteless. This was such a disappointment.
