This will for sure be my favourite place to buy jamon in Madrid. The owner was very helpful and insightful. He explained us how is produced, the different types plus how to transport it and keep it at home. Clearly he does this with a lot of passion. Also the products were very good. We tried couple of different jamon types plus some lomo.

Their products may be good, but they have their workers paid a pittance, without even a place to eat, exploited.... And threatened..... And of course don't even think about injuring yourself while working because in the second you will be fired saying that that You haven't done it there..... Some slavers.....
