Heard only good things about this restaurant. Arrived at 20.35 for 20.45 reservation. We were left standing outside until 21.00 (I am 75). The ambience was poor and dated and the table was very basic but the chairs were comfortable. It was 21.25 before we received our starter. I ordered the chicken tacos. I received 2 and they were very average and way overpriced at €8.50. My wife was pleased with her starter. We both had the pork belly for our main. It was ok but far too salty an too much soya which totally dominated the flavour. Our drinks: I ordered still water in Spanish and my wife a tonic water. As always, a perfect dinner, excellent service, at a very reasonable price. I really think if you are into this quisine, then you could be blindfolded, tick 2/3 dishes at random, and you would be very pleased with your choice. The menu changes regularly and you can trust the owners to provide different quality dishes of food, because they are driven to be successful, thank you very much
The food was amazing . We had the a a crate menu including massaman curry and Dublin katsu curry. There was a great choice on both fixed menu and a la carte. We knew the table was booked for 2 hours but it’s the first time ever I have been asked to vacate a table 5 minutes before our allotted time. Not sure what would have happened if we had still been enjoying wine or drinks.
Had not been here for 2 years since moving away but took the chance to go again while visiting friends and we were not disappointed. We did go on the waiting list for a table as it is very busy and to be honest we were not expecting an email but fortunately for us we were offered a table. Just been told my reservation was cancelled because I didn't confirm. I appreciate no shows are an issue for restaurants, but I'm on holiday so I'm not constantly checking my phone and emails for messages that threaten to cancel if you don't respond. I wish you had said at the time of booking that you'll need confirmation 24 hours before your reservation.
Me and my wife who is vegan went for food last night the 4 course meal is very good value and the flavours and portion sizes and the flavours of the food is amazing the chef Lorraine took the time out to speak to us and is such a lovely person we highly recommend this place and will be returning again many tanks Darren Ireland
Extremely tasty menu for just 20 eur/person. Also very friendly service. Make sure to have a table reservation, as the place was packed even if it was very quiet in the other restaurants in the same mall. Highly recommend this place.
